Packaging
All our online orders are sent in recyclable cardboard boxes, except for rings which are sent in reusable small pouches. We aim to fit most orders in letter-box sized parcels to keep delivery costs to a minimum, these boxes are also recyclable.
If you are buying a special gift for someone else or wish to receive one of our traditional plastic boxes to keep your jewellery safe for longer, please email to let us know when placing your order and this won't be a problem to swap!
Delivery
All items listed on our website are sent from our workshop in Scotland.
We use the courier Royal Mail to deliver our jewellery and the different delivery charges for each country are listed below. Our jewellery is always sent with the fastest and most secure option available.
UK (1st Class Signed For Mail) – £5.50
International Tracked & Signed Mail (Europe, North America, Australia, New Zealand) - £10.00
International Tracked & Signed Mail (Rest of World) – £10.00
You will be able to select the option that best suits your delivery country at the checkout.
